Runestones can only be used to purchase in-game Shop products.
Players under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental/guardian consent to purchase game points, products and/or services from the Company.
Runestones are Hearthstone's virtual currency. Use them in lieu of direct purchases for Packs, Bundles, Cosmetics, the Battlegrounds Season Pass, and other Hearthstone products you could buy from the in-game Shop.
